Job Description
Shift Managers at RaceTrac lead teams, set the tone for success, and make every guest feel welcome. They support store operations, drive performance, and develop future leaders in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred)
- 1+ years of leadership of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments
- Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same
- Strong communication and team building skills
