Shift Manager

Support General Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing profitability for one store on designated shifts, providing friendly service, food execution, and clean focus to deliver a simpler and more enjoyable experience for guests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED in progress or completed
• 2-3 years’ work experience preferred
• 1+ years management experience preferred
• Previous experience working in high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environment preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Takes initiative
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and repeatedly bend, stand, and reach while on the job, with no or infrequent breaks
