Job Description
Shift Managers at RaceTrac lead by example, empower team members, and make every guest feel welcome in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. They set the tone for success, drive operational excellence, and model communication & accountability.
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred)
- 1+ years of leadership of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments
- Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same
- Strong communication and team building skills
