Software Engineer TS/SCI

Rackner is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to support mission-critical systems in a secure environment, designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications using modern software engineering practices.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages: Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs and OpenAPI specifications, Event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab or Jenkins
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform and/or Ansible
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools
