We are looking for a highly proactive, detail-oriented Executive / Operations Virtual Assistant to support the founder of a growing company. The role is mission-critical to help streamline operations, increase efficiency, and support business growth.
Act as the founder's right hand, stay ahead of tasks and deadlines, ensure operational consistency, take ownership of CRM, follow-ups, and research, and proactively identify ways to improve processes.
