Forklift Equipment Operator - Monday - Friday (7:00 a.m. until 3:45 p.m.)

Radians Inc. is hiring a Forklift Equipment Operator to support inventory processes, solutions, and strategies for the continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and order fulfillment quality.

Requirements

• Initiate policy changes regarding inventory in the company
• Perform managerial functions, including retraining members of staff of the warehouse if necessary
• Perform forward and reverse Empty Bins daily
• Perform Audits of moves and put away
• Disposition returns to stock items, including cycle count and research if needed
• Maintain count accuracy (digital and physical counting)
• Follows all existing company policies and procedures
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of their work area
• Works well with others
• Uses computerized inventory software to record, track, and maintain all inventory-related data
