Job Description
The Quality Assurance Inspector will work in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Supervisor to support both internal and supplier conformance to standards of the Quality Management System.
Requirements
- Perform receiving inspection per the established supplier audit program
- Process incoming returns and perform initial returned product evaluation
- Perform sampled random audits of custom labeling, packaging, and assembly processes
- Perform sampled random audits of outbound shipments
- Assist with completion of internal audit schedule
- Assist with inventory cycle counts
- Maintain daily communication with the Quality Supervisor in regard to trend and potential issues
- Assist the Quality Supervisor in support control of Quality System documentation and quality records
- Assist assembly and warehouse functions as time permits
