Job Description
Radiant Autism Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support and guidance to individuals and families in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role involves coordinating ABA therapy, supervising BTRs, and using evidence-based practices to modify behaviors and increase communication skills. The BCBA will manage all aspects of ABA therapy, including assessments, programs, and training.
Requirements
- Texas BCBA licensure
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- CPI certification
- Experience with ABA tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ADOS-2, ABBLS, etc.)
- Understanding of data collection procedures
- Time management skills
- Ability to work with diverse professionals
- Good rapport-building skills
- Strong analytical data presentation skills
