The Quality Assurance Technician plays a key role in assembling, calibrating, testing, and evaluating Radiant products while also supporting Quality Assurance functions such as RMA oversight, diagnostics, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Inspect returned units, diagnose issues, and prepare instructions for repair, maintenance, or recalibration.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and calibration of returned products.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment, instruments, and cleanroom workspaces per established procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records, workflow documentation, and quality logs.
- Follow all safety, quality, ESD control, and cleanroom gowning/material handling protocols.
- Participate in or lead team meetings to provide updates and close action items.
- Support field action documentation and cross-functional coordination as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technical Support, Production, and Purchasing.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to production, diagnostic, and QA processes.
- Contribute to cross-functional training, workflow improvements, and system implementations.
