RADIAS Health is a non-profit agency serving adults with mental illness and/or chemical dependence in the Twin Cities metro area. We are engaged in activities that range across a spectrum that includes forensic evaluations, therapy, case management, housing, referrals, money and medication management, and other daily living and coping assistance. The staff providing these services come from equally diverse professions, including individuals trained in medicine, social work, and psychology, with various specialties within each discipline.

Mental Health Practitioner Float - Residential
Bachelors or Masters degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field, 2,000 hours supervised experience working with individuals with Mental Illness and substance abuse treatment, and ability to transport clients in the community
Mental Health Counselor - (Day/Evening/Weekend/Overnight)
High school diploma, 2,000 hours of experience, valid driver's license, 2,000 hours working in Corporate Adult Foster Care
Mental Health Support Specialist - (Day/Evening/Weekend/Overnight)
High School Diploma, 2 years of experience (preferred), valid driver's license, car, and auto insurance
Mental Health Practitioner Supervisor
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or related field plus 2,000 hours of experience providing clinical services, or 4,000 hours supervised work experience in the delivery of services to individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders
Operations Administrator
5-8 years of experience, strong knowledge of office management practices, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with virtual meeting platforms
Registered Nurse - ACT
Current RN licensure in MN; Preferred: Bachelor's degree and experience in inpatient, outpatient, or community psychiatric settings
Mental Health Practitioner Supervisor
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or related field, plus 2,000 hours of experience providing clinical services to adults with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, or 4,000 hours supervised work experience in the delivery of services to individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders
Clinical Lead Mental Health Practitioner
2 years of experience, Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or related field, valid driver's license
Mental Health Practitioner Supervisor
