RADIAS Health is a non-profit agency serving adults with mental illness and/or chemical dependence in the Twin Cities metro area. We are engaged in activities that range across a spectrum that includes forensic evaluations, therapy, case management, housing, referrals, money and medication management, and other daily living and coping assistance. The staff providing these services come from equally diverse professions, including individuals trained in medicine, social work, and psychology, with various specialties within each discipline.

Mental Health Practitioner (Part-time) - IRTS
Bachelor's degree in behavioral health sciences or related field and 2,000 hours work experience providing services to individuals with mental illness
Registered Nurse - Crisis
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota, bachelor's degree and experience in inpatient, outpatient, or community psychiatric setting, 4 weeks accrued PTO first year of employment
Mental Health Practitioner Supervisor
2,000 hours of experience providing clinical services to adults with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness and a valid driver's license
Mental Health Counselor - (Day/Evening/Weekend/Overnight)
High School Diploma and 2,000 hours of experience working with individuals with Mental Illness (preferred)
Mental Health Support Specialist - (Day/Evening/Weekend/Overnight)
High School Diploma and 2,000 hours of experience working with individuals with Mental Illness (preferred)
Mental Health Therapist- IRTS
Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field. Qualified as a Mental Health Professional maintaining a LICSW, LP, LPCC, or LMFT license. 2,000 hours of experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders
Mental Health Practitioner Float
Bachelors or Masters degree in Behavioral Sciences, 2,000 hours supervised experience working with individuals with Mental Illness and substance abuse treatment
Registered Nurse
Current MN RN license, preferred: bachelor's degree and experience in psychiatric setting
Mental Health Therapist - Youth ACT
Master's Degree, 2,000 hours of supervised experience, Licensed Mental Health Professional
Mental Health Support Specialist - (Day/Evening/Weekend/Overnight)
High school diploma, 2,000 hours of experience working with mental illness (preferred), valid driver's license, auto insurance
