The Operations Administrator provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Operations Division and Leadership Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, scheduling, and logistics.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in senior-level administrative support
- Strong knowledge of office management practices, clerical systems, and organizational processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
