We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support senior leadership and streamline day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Tech-savvy and proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and calendar management platforms
- Self-starter who can work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
