Job Description
Coordinate domestic wholesale accounts receivable, monitor vendor compliance, and drive efficiency through process improvements. Run daily AR aging reports, generate statements, and manually upload invoices to Revolve. Set up new customer accounts and partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve disputes and unblock payments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tracking and reconciliations
- Ability to stay responsive under pressure and resolve urgent issues quickly
- Process-driven mindset with a knack for building trackers, reports, and automations
- Collaborative approach with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics teams
