Job Description
Rag & Bone is looking for a Men’s Footwear & Accessories Designer to help shape the next evolution of our footwear and accessory categories. This role will report into the Head of Men's Design.
Requirements
- 5+ years footwear design experience within premium or contemporary brands.
- 3+ years accessories design experience (belts, bags, small leather goods preferred).
- Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience designing sneakers and casual footwear silhouettes.
- Strong understanding of the men’s market and trends
- Strong sketching ability and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience working with overseas factories and development partners.
- Strong eye for proportion, materials, and detail.
