Job Description
Rag & Bone is seeking a Designer / Senior Designer specializing in Men’s Sweaters and Knitwear to lead the design and development of the men’s sweater category.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field experience
- 5–8+ years’ experience in knitwear design preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of sweater construction, yarns, gauges, and stitch development
- Deep understanding of knitwear fabrication, yarn sourcing, and garment finishing techniques
- Strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with modern American menswear
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple seasonal deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with PLM systems and tools such as Miro a plus
