Job Description
We are seeking a Collector (m/f/x) Debt Management - Focus on Motor Vehicles and Mobilization to accompany business cases from the third reminder, negotiate solutions with customers, manage insolvencies, lawsuits, estates, and steer the mobilization of motor vehicles and mobilization to a successful conclusion.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in the field of summons, at an Inkasso office, at a law firm or have fundamental practice in the motor vehicle industry/mobilization
- Experience in summons and cooperation with legal representatives and courts, as well as in the mobilization of motor vehicles or mobilization
- Good understanding of numbers and business knowledge
- Knowledge of creditworthiness evaluation, risk assessment and financial analysis for the evaluation of claims
- Joy of telephone customer contact and good IT knowledge
