Senior Business Analyst for Cash Management Billing Solution (f/m/x)

We are assembling a product-focused team to replace our 12-year-old billing solution used by Corporate & FI customers across the group. The Senior Business Analyst will be the domain expert for billing and cash management processes and will bridge business stakeholders and the engineering team building a cloud-native solution hosted on AWS and deployed to our Kubernetes platform.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Informatics or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Several years experience in business analysis; proven experience in Cash Management, Corporate Billing, Payments or Treasury domains is a plus
• Strong experience with API-First thinking and OpenAPI/Swagger
• Proficient in process modeling (BPMN), Jira/Confluence and producing high-quality functional specifications and acceptance criteria
• Good technical understanding of REST APIs, basic DB concepts (Postgres) and modern deployment patterns to collaborate effectively with engineers
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills; able to translate business requirements into implementable specs
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset; able to work effectively in a compact, cross-functional product team
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus
