Senior Software Engineer in Test (f/m/x)

Shape the way we perform test automation by contributing to our in-house automation solution, helping teams integrate it into their workflows, and coaching them on testing best practices.

Requirements

• Actively contribute to the development of our in-house Robot Framework testing tools
• Improve the testing landscape and engineering practices across feature teams
• Raise product quality against predefined KPIs
• Facilitate testing knowledge transfer through coaching, docs, and enablement sessions
• Translate requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteria;
• Integrate tests suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Apply mocking and service virtualization to decouple dependencies
• Cover essential non-functional aspects and promote observability for faster diagnostics
• Ensure environment and test data readiness
• Apply risk-based testing and compliance mindset; produce audit-ready evidence
• Mentor team members on testing and help them improve their quality output
