- 5+ years with Jira / Atlassian ecosystem (administration, development, or engineering)
- Technical leadership: architecture decisions, code reviews, mentoring
- Hands-on with Jira Data Center and Cloud in complex environments
- Jira architecture design aligned with business processes
- ScriptRunner + Groovy for custom logic
- Jira REST API and integration patterns
- System integrations: REST, webhooks, middleware
- Access control and security: SSO, IAM, RBAC
- Work in regulated / security-sensitive environments
