(Junior) IT Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant (m/f/x) Netherlands

This is a Junior IT Business Analyst/Implementation Consultant position within a product team, focused on designing, implementing, and developing a platform and software-as-a-service product. The role involves analyzing business requirements, creating user stories, and participating in agile project methodologies. Emphasis is placed on process analysis, model development, and working with AI productivity tools.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for rail freight transport / logistics and for digitization
• University degree in MINT, business informatics, or comparable training
• First experience as a business analyst or IT project manager through internships, working student, or regular work
• Knowledge of IT requirements engineering and software engineering
• Initial experience in process analysis and modeling using standard industry modeling methods (e.g. BPMN)
• Experience with agile working methods and processes in IT projects is an advantage
• Analytical, structured and conceptually strong way of working
• Distinctive, economical and process-oriented thinking and acting
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• Willingness to make occasional business trips
• Hands-on mindset when working with AI productivity tools
