Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our product team and play a key role in the customer-centric conception, implementation, and continuous development of our platform and software-as-a-service products.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for rail freight, logistics, and digitalization
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Certification as Scrum Master (e.g. PSM I, CSM) is an advantage
- Fundamental knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- High communication and moderation skills, as well as a strong empathy and team orientation
- Solution-oriented and proactive working style
- Very good German and English skills in word and writing
- Experience in using tools like Jira, Confluence, or comparable collaboration platforms
