Planner in International Rail Transport

We are looking for an experienced Planner to join our team at Rail Force One Germany. With a focus on operating safely and to a high standard around the clock, we serve industrial sites throughout Europe with our modern locomotives.

Requirements

• Planning resources such as train drivers, car inspectors, locomotives, and operating personnel, and creating corresponding shift schedules in traffic planning
• Working closely with other departments, such as the control center, as well as with external service providers
• Ensuring that all personnel decisions and measures comply with applicable labor laws and company guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in railway operations to prevent accidents and incidents
• Preparing reports, key performance indicators, and analyses to optimize resources, costs, and efficiency
• Using specialized software solutions for planning, monitoring, and documentation in railway operations
