CAD Engineer

As a CAD Engineer at L.K. Comstock & Company LLC, you will produce and modify detailed technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and MicroStation. You will support rail-transit design and construction projects by working closely with engineers and project managers.

Requirements

• Certification in CAD/Drafting(or equivalent experience/education)
• 5+ years of experience using AutoCAD design software
• Familiar with CAD software such Bentley/MicroStation, REVIT, SolidWorks, or similar platforms
• Understanding of technical drawings and blueprint interpretation
• Knowledgeable in engineering and construction industry standards, materials, and regulations
• Familiar with project management and design workflow tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Procore
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Highly organized with strong time management capabilities.
• Physically able to navigate construction sites
