Founded in 1904, L.K. Comstock & Company LLC is one of the largest specialty electrical contractors for transit rail systems in the United States. As a Field Administrator, you will support daily field operations across active construction sites in the New York metropolitan area.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working on active construction sites
- Familiarity with engineering and construction industry standards, documentation practices, and terminology
- Familiarity with project management and design workflow tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Procore
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with on-site and office teams
- Highly organized with strong time management capabilities
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to navigate construction sites (standing, climbing, stooping, crouching)
- Willingness to work outdoors and conduct field surveys
- Comfortable in all weather conditions and high-noise environments
