RainFocus is seeking a Senior UX Designer I to play an important part in the entire product development process. The role involves brainstorming, designing, and executing elegant solutions to problems faced by customers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience on a product and UX team
- Portfolio of top-notch product work
- Strong design thinking and methodologies
- Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and conceptual ideas
- Proficient in UX research techniques and testing activities
- Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically about product initiatives
- Experience in events industry, marketing, and using AI in the UX process (preferred)
