Senior UX Researcher (AI/ML - Healthcare/SaaS)

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the way we gather, analyze, and leverage continuous feedback to drive data-centric, user-validated design decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative, AI-powered research strategies that enable us to iterate quickly and continuously improve user experiences across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX Research experience, with a focus on using AI/ML tools and feedback loop systems to enhance product design and user experience
• Relevant degree (Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Data Science, Behavioral Science, Information Science)
• Expertise in AI-driven research methods including behavioral data analysis, A/B/multivariate testing, and large-scale surveys with an emphasis on integrating AI for actionable insights
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data with tools like Python, R, or advanced SQL for AI/ML integration, statistical modeling, and creating dynamic feedback loops
