Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn is looking for a Full-Time Automotive Sales Manager. The position offers a full-time total annual compensation between $120,000.00 and $250,000.00, including a bonus potential for exceeding monthly customer satisfaction targets and sales objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Sales Manager in the auto industry
- Strong record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and use data and our processes to drive decision-making
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
