Job Description

The role involves managing customer cases, installing new systems, and providing training and guidance to customers. Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a high technical environment
- Ability to follow procedures, safety standards and work instructions
- Fluent in English and German
- Willing to travel regionally and internationally to support customers as required
- Customer-focused, accurate and structured in work execution
