Job Description
To ensure accurate and efficient handling of daily financial transactions, including cash, cheque, and foreign currency operations, along with maintaining proper records, processing payments, and supporting administrative and reporting functions.
Requirements
- Handling daily cash and cheque deposits
- Filling payment vouchers and duty free sheets
- Visiting post office on a weekly basis
- Handling cheques payment and transfer for signature
- Foreign currency transactions
- Record keeping and reporting
- Transaction processing, scanning items, processing returns and exchanges, and issuing receipts
