Job Description
RAN Operations SME to support virtualized RAN operations across LTE and 5G technologies, with responsibilities including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in RAN operations, with exposure to LTE/5G technologies
- Strong understanding of LTE architecture and call flows
- Hands-on experience in Linux environments
- Good communication and coordination skills across teams
