The Foreign Affairs Division at Rakuten Mobile is responsible for fulfilling industry obligations and promoting business strategies through negotiations with stakeholders. The division serves as a counterpoint to government agencies and performs liaison work, including policy proposal and lobbying activities. The Head of the Foreign Affairs Division is a senior executive with six departments and one office under them.

Requirements

• Taking a stakeholders' perspective, be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to understand documents related to laws and regulations
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with government agency officials, government office executives, and other stakeholders
• Ability to manage and nurture team members
• TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or equivalent English language skills
