Job Description
Rakuten Group is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to support the rapidly growing Rakuten Mobile-related business. The successful candidate will develop and execute talent management strategies, manage internal mobility, and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and regions.
Requirements
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR, organizational development, talent management, or a related field
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and new challenges
- Experience working collaboratively in a team and ability to partner effectively with other departments
- Basic Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic arithmetic required) and PowerPoint skills
