Sr. Director, FP&A

Rakuten International is seeking a Sr. Director, FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis functions, partner with executive leadership, and drive financial performance.

Requirements

• Lead the development and execution of financial planning processes
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership and department heads
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial reports
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and process improvements
• Review and evaluate contracts, proposals, and agreements
• Drive the continuous improvement of FP&A systems, tools, and processes
• Create a collaborative, engaging, and results-oriented team environment
• Manage the company's sales compensation process
