Requirements

• IT-related work experience (target: 5 years or more)
• Experience in IT risk and security business (target: 3 years or more)
• Experience in managing an organization or team (target: 3 years or more)
• Experience in leading a team of multiple members and setting goals, evaluating, and developing them
• Experience in leading department-wide coordination and agreement
