IT Governance & Development Promotion Generalist

Role Overview

The IT Strategy Department is responsible for formulating and executing Rakuten Group's overarching IT strategy. This role will contribute to a wide range of tasks related to IT governance and development promotion.

What You Will Do

Support IT governance meetings, formulate and revise IT policies, gather and analyze information related to IT risk management and compliance, assist with IT audit responses, and support development productivity improvement and development tool standardization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in IT industry
• Strong interest in the IT field and a desire to build a career in the IT industry
• Logical thinking skills and the ability to organize complex information and communicate it clearly
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office operations (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• High proficiency in Japanese communication (reading, writing, and speaking)
