IT Governance Expert

Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Governance expert to strengthen IT Governance and improve operations within the IT Strategy Department. The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge and experience in building IT governance frameworks and policies.

What You Will Do

As the IT Governance expert, you will be responsible for building an IT governance framework, ensuring consistency and efficiency of IT governance, documenting IT governance policies, and increasing awareness and education within the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience in projects related to building IT governance
• 3+ years of practical experience in projects to formulate IT governance policies or handle maintenance
• Native Level Japanese language ability
• Business Level English (TOEIC 800 or above)
• Strong teamwork capability in a diverse team environment
• Deep understanding of IT Governance frameworks, excellent consultation, problem solving, communication, interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ownership and sense of responsibility
