The ideal candidate will collaborate to build a new sales style that enriches customers' lifestyles by proposing diverse services of Rakuten Group, excluding life insurance, in addition to life insurance. The role involves communication and support with assigned agents, holding explanatory sessions and training sessions on insurance recruitment, quality improvement, and compliance promotion.

Requirements

• Experience in sales of insurance at an insurance company or insurance agent
• High communication skills (necessary for collaboration with agents, etc. across departments)
• A sense of self-reliance and initiative to build a new system
