Job Description
The Women's Recovery Manager oversees the day-to-day activities of the women's DCD residential program, implements policies and procedures, and assists participants in developing recovery plans and skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 ministry environment
- Ability to disciple and teach women in a recovery program
