Job Description
The Corporate Counsel serves as a strategic legal partner to the credit union, providing expert guidance on legal matters that impact operations and managing legal and regulatory risks.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in financial services, banking or credit unions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment when analyzing situations and resolving issues
- Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with others and work effectively in a professional team environment
