Job Description
The Rallye Motor Company is seeking an experienced Service Advisor with Acura service advisor experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, and motivated with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include establishing consulting relationships with customers, promoting sales, and maintaining customer follow-up systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of service advisor experience
- Acura service advisor experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK computer system preferred)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
- Professional personal appearance
