Requirements
- Legal: Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.
- ITAR: Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum (due to ITAR requirements).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with your hands, utilizing hand/power tools, and performing mechanical assembly tasks.
- Technical Skills: Ability to learn or currently possess the ability to read technical blueprints and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
- Attention to Detail: High level of focus and a commitment to quality.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, sit, and use hands/fingers for extended periods.
