Quality Control Final Inspector

Requirements

• Analyze and interpret blueprints, data, manuals, and other materials to determine requirements
• Inspect, test, or measure manufactured or final level products for conformance to all requirements and specifications
• Document rejected product per RAM internal specification(s)
• Prepare AS9102 first article reports when required
• Record inspection or test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, and quantities inspected
• Ensure measuring equipment is working properly prior to acceptance of product
• Prepare products for further processing, shipping, or packaging and transport of products to other workstations as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Use numerous types of precision handheld inspection tools and instruments
• Ability to multi-task with limited supervision and ability to handle frequent interruptions
• Good communication skills while interfacing with other departments and individuals
• Ability to maintain quality requirements while remaining efficient
