Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager sought by Vintage at Creekwood Park, a multi-family community managed by RAM Partners, LLC. The role involves financial management, resident communication, and community promotion.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver's license is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• 1 year Multi-family experience required
• Industry software experience (YARDI, etc.)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
