Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal of Winchell Way. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
