Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is a full-service real estate management company looking for a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal of a property. The position involves inspecting grounds daily, removing trash and debris, and performing various tasks to meet company standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
