Leasing Consultant

The Howell is seeking an experienced leasing consultant to connect with future residents, understand their wants and needs, and secure lease agreements. The role involves generating interest in the community, communicating effectively with potential residents, and building lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Previous multi-family leasing preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
