Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to connect with future residents and secure lease agreements through customer service skills. The role involves highlighting the community's unique features and benefits, communicating effectively with potential residents, and building lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- Valid Driver's License is required
- One year sales/customer service or leasing experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
