Leasing Consultant

We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to use their customer service skills to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Affordable Housing Tax Credit experience preferred
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
