Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to connect with future residents, identify their wants and needs, and secure lease agreements. Responsibilities include generating interest, communicating effectively, building lasting relationships, and performing administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
