Leasing Consultant

RAM Partners, LLC, is seeking a Leasing Consultant who can connect with future residents and secure lease agreements through excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be able to identify the wants and needs of potential residents and brag about the community's unique features and benefits. Responsibilities include generating interest in the community, communicating effectively with potential residents, and building lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
